1. Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm any service with Nara Bali Tour, customers are required to make a deposit (DP) in advance.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is allowed for cancellations made at least 1 day (H-1) before the scheduled service date.

Same-day cancellation (H) or no-show will result in the deposit/payment being non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made before H-1, according to the agreement confirmed via WhatsApp.

4. Changes to Booking

Requests to reschedule or modify bookings are subject to availability.

5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions, Nara Bali Tour will review each case individually and provide the best possible solution.
